What do I need to bring on the tour?

1. Comfortable Walking Shoes
2. Clothing that is appropriate for the time of year and weather that day
3. Your Invoice you received after booking and paying for your tour

What days are you closed?

We offer our Tours 365 days of the year. Please refer to the Tour Schedule for Availability.

What are your office hours?
Office hours are between 8:00AM and 6:00PM EST.


Are tours cancelled or rescheduled if there is bad weather?

Yes, in the case of extreme weather we will cancel our tours. We will post the cancellation on our site as well as sending an email to our customers who have provided us their email address.

Are the walking tours suitable for all ages?

Yes, the content of our tours are suitable for all ages. From a physical standpoint, our tours last approximately two hours and are close to two miles long. The tour guides do stop frequently to discuss points of interest, but we defer to our customers as to their fitness to take our tours. There are a minimal amount of steps / stairways and hills to climb during any of our tours.

Bathroom stops

No, we do not stop for bathroom breaks, although our tours do start and end near both public restrooms and establishments that do have restrooms available to their customers.

Is smoking permitted on the walking tours?

We prefer that our guests refrain from smoking during the tour. Our tours pass through a number of locations where smoking is “illegal” and smokers may be subject to fines from the City of New York. If our guests need to smoke during the tour we request that they do so away from the rest of the group.

What time should I get to the tour?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure. We will not provide refunds for missed tours.


Which tours are suitable for children?

All of our tours are designed to be enjoyed by all ages.

How long do your tours last?

Approximately two hours

Do you take last minute reservations?

We will accept reservations up to one hour prior to the scheduled starting time of our tours.

Do you offer Group Tours?

Yes, we offer group tours (10 or more guests). We also offer tours for schools and clubs.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Our tickets are non-refundable, with the exception of when tours are cancelled due to inclement weather.
